The outcome
This was not our first JIWA integration and so we were able to address the page speed problems of the existing site by re-building from the ground up using our own CMS. We created a sleek modern platform that gave the client more options to promote individual products, product categories and ranges effectively.
We introduced a mega menu that allows for quick navigation and presents all of the product options available along with a smart search with dynamic auto suggestions both of which have vastly reduced the time it takes to track down supplies.
For product browsing we introduced an improved product filtering system that allows you to quickly dial in your specific requirement and we’ve had some great feedback from customers around this.
We completely overhauled the cart and checkout process, starting with our base module we listened to the clients specific requirements for this and were even able to add in some bells and whistles on their wish-list.
The functionality of the checkout was tailored specifically to Kiwi Offices needs in catering for their B2B and B2C customer base. We have employed strategies to upsell products and capture new customers via smarter strategies to encourage profile sign-ups and convert these to account holders. The data around how effective this has been so far is very positive.
